By inserting the needles to stimulate blood flow, energy pathways into the muscle fibers assist with a positive influence and energy into the tissues, glands, organs, and various functions within the body. GUA SHA

Body Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a natural, alternative therapy. It uses a smooth-edged tool to apply pressure and scrape the skin with short or long strokes to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue. This action can make the stagnant Qi move and increase blood flow. This allows for built up pain and tension to be released.
After Gua Sha treatment, you can see the purple or red spots on the treated area, these spots are called Sha or petechiae. Sha or petechiae may last up to 3 days or longer, it depends on individual skin condition.
